Plenty of space to spend the day or night at the balcony. For those who enjoy privacy, you won’t regret it. Our guests enjoyed the space, especially early risers and late night sleepers.

Who doesn’t like to sleep on a king size bed? Guests really enjoyed the comfort of the mattresses and there are air con units installed in every bedroom.

Only 5 km to the Zante city centre

Archzante is located only 5 km from the city centre of Zante island. It is a 10 minute drive, worth visiting to discover more shops, bars and restaurants.

Gated development

Privacy is really important to us. Guests felt safe as the villa is located in a gated development. Kalamaki village is very safe anyway, the locals are friendly and there is almost zero crime rate.

A 5 minute walk to the beach

Archzante boutique villa is just 5 minutes walking to the wonderful beach of Kalamaki. We might not have a pool, but the villa is perfectly located to all the great pool bars within walking distance as they are all open to public.

Do you provide cleaning services during my stay?

Archzante is cleaned professionally before your check in. However we do not provide cleaning services or any other services during your stay. You are responsible to keep the premises clean and tidy.  Cleaning materials and extra bedsheets will be provided free of charge.  There is also a washing machine installed, free of charge  (tablets not included). We value privacy, so no one will be entering the property as it’s your place to relax, rest and re-charge. 

Is the city centre close to Archzante?

Just a 10 minute drive and about 5 km. 30 minutes if you ride a bike. 

Can I checkin earlier than 15:00?

No, check in is anytime after 15:00. Currently we do not have a reception to keep your luggages safe before you check in. However if the villa has been empty the previous night, we can certainly use the space to hold your luggages until you check in after 15:00. Please let us know the time of your arrival asap to do so.

Is parking available at the villa?

Yes, there is a private parking available. The development is gated.

How big is Archzante boutique accommodation?

Archzante boutique accommodation is 55 square metres, made out of two king size bedrooms with king size beds, a spacious open plan living room with fully sized kitchen and massive private balconies at the front and back.

I am in a wheelchair, is it easy for me to get in and out of the property?

Archzante boutique accommodation is located on a raised ground floor. There is step free access for people with mobility issues currently installed (ramp). However we do not have currently a bathroom for disabled people. Some areas might be tight in the villa for a wheelchair to move around, such as the bedrooms. Please let us know your circumstances prior to your arrival.
